I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed. I specifically requested a room on a high floor, and the hotel granted my request. The complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were excellent. The Nespresso machine at the bar was a good touch. The hotel even provided a phone with free internet that I could take with me, saving me the hassle of buying a local SIM card. I couldn't ask for more from my stay with this hotel. It was a five-star experience.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the warm and welcoming staff, seamless check-in and check-out process, and exceptionally clean rooms with a fresh pine scent. The hotel's location within a 10-minute walk of Clarke Quay area was convenient. The front door team was extremely professional and helpful. We also enjoyed using the swimming pool with our unicorn float and had a great dining experience at Publico, where the pizza and lamb chops were delicious. The club room was well-appointed, and we appreciated the nice breakfast and the afternoon tea and evening canapes.

There was one incident during check-in where a staff member was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which was a small blip in an otherwise great experience.

The breakfast had a nice selection of delicious options. We were kinda surprised by the well-designed and comfortable room. The staff were attentive and provided great service. The location of the hotel was quiet, yet there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Here, we experienced a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities like plush bathrobes and slippers, 24, hour room service, and high, quality toiletries. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers offered a relaxing retreat from the bustling city. the restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast with special diet menu options.

Our weekend at the hotel was fantastic! The beautiful room was small but well-appointed, with a comfy king-size bed and a large LCD TV. The floor-to-ceiling window provided plenty of natural light, and we loved having a Nespresso machine in the room. The separate rainy shower and bath were modern and luxurious. The staff were helpful and made our stay even better. The location near the river was perfect, great to take leisurely walks to the nearby restaurants.

The buffet breakfast being located outside the hotel entrance was a bit unusual, and the food was just average.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who offered me refreshments while I waited for check-in. the room was luxuriously decorated and had exclusive amenities including a private balcony and comfortable bedding.

The only minor issue was the location and accessibility, as it was a bit far from popular tourist attractions. the hotel provided a shuttle service and the staff gladly assisted with transportation arrangements.

Good location, modern comfortable rooms, Bose sound bar, Netflix through Chromecast, great breakfast.

Had a great stay at Intercontinental! the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the concierge. the room was modern and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I loved the convenient location, right in the heart of Robertson Quay with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I was able to take a picturesque stroll to Clarke Quay as well. Will definitely be returning!
